Many women struggle with a variety of frustrating issues including brain fog, fatigue, emotional eating, and more. Mind and body health has been proven to reduce many common ADHD symptoms.
When we feel bad physically, the discomfort can also manifest itself in ways like anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Then, when we feel bad on an emotional level, it can impact our physical health in countless ways. It’s a vicious cycle. The mind-body connection impacts everyone, not just neurodivergent women. While I specialize in coaching ADHD women, I am available to work with anyone who would benefit from my coaching. Together, we will address both the physical and emotional causes of pain and discomfort so that they can feel better and reclaim ownership of their lives.
