The Mind Body Circle is an 8-week online coaching program and membership community led by Jennifer Farley, CPC, ELI-MP. It’s for women who want to regain their energy and live a more healthy, purposeful, and vibrant life.

  • Most programs only prioritize actions and results without exploring the thoughts and feelings that keeps us stuck. In order to reach our goals, we must find and release these inner blocks.

  • In addition to a guided program with a constantly growing library of resources, membership includes live group coaching to help you address your unique personal challenges.

  • This is not a diet or quick-fix solution. Quick fixes are bandaids. True change comes from developing new, sustainable habits. Without them, we fall back into old habits when life gets tough.

In addition to on-demand resources, coaching, and community, The Mind Body Circle offers self-paced, guided paths to help you focus on your unique goals.

  • For women who want to start by prioritizing emotional and mental health, mindset shifting, and the inner blocks that are preventing long-term change.

  • For women who want to prioritize immediate health concerns related to gut health, disease prevention, fat loss, stronger bodies, and balancing hormones.

  • For women who want to make small, incremental lifestyle changes across the board to improve overall mind-body wellness. This path will explore the full circle of mind-body health: nutrition, fitness, sleep, hydration, stress management, and thought habits.

Each path incorporates the basics of mind-body wellness: nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration, stress management, and thought habits. However, these paths allow you to prioritize your time in the group so you get the most out of your membership.

  • 2 one-on-one coaching sessions to plan, set goals, and tackle the inner blocks that are preventing long-term change

  • 4 group coaching calls

  • An extensive video library on topics such as stress, mindset shifting, fatigue, and nutrition

  • 3 training programs targeted toward specific health goals

  • A large resource library including workbooks and grocery shopping lists

  • Healthy cooking tutorials

  • A private membership group offering daily support and accountability from a community of like-minded women

WhatsApp Accountability

WhatsApp accountability is not on-demand coaching support, but it IS a way for you to check in with me up to once per day for extra accountability. What does that mean? Accountability looks different for everyone. Maybe it’s sending me a photo of your smart watch after you’ve taken a walk, or photos of your meal prep. We can discuss what accountability looks like for you during our one-on-one coaching session.
